Inability to consume any media without mentally inserting "orange man bad" subtitles

Sudden urge to move to Canada / New Zealand / Mars every election cycle
Diagnosing friends/family with "internalized fascism" if they laugh at a Trump meme
Physical symptoms: clenched fists during any political speech, elevated cortisol from Truth Social screenshots
Pathological need to explain why everything bad (bad weather, slow Wi-Fi, burnt toast) is "Trump's fault"
